The service

Vytal Path helps you organize your health information, understand your health data, and stay on track with your health goals. It does not replace professional medical care or emergency services.

Vytal Path is a service operated by Vytal Path LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (registered office: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801). These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where a different state's consumer protection laws apply to you and cannot be waived by agreement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for verifying important information from AI-assisted features or the lab-result reader against your own records and a qualified healthcare professional before acting on it.

Do not use Vytal Path if you are experiencing a medical emergency. Contact emergency services directly.

Eligibility and accounts

Vytal Path accounts are for adults 18 and older. If you are a parent, guardian, family member, or other trusted person helping someone manage health information, use the sharing or caregiver features available in the service rather than creating an account in another person's name unless the product expressly supports that account type.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Vytal Path may require additional verification for sensitive account or data actions, including changes to authentication methods, connected-health actions, and certain deletion operations.

Connected health records and devices

Where supported, Vytal Path may allow you to connect participating electronic health record systems, patient portals, wearable devices, fitness services, and other health-data services so information can be imported into your account. Connecting is optional and user-authorized.

When you connect a supported service, you authorize that service directly to share permitted information with Vytal Path. Vytal Path does not receive or store the password you use to sign in to that outside service. What can be imported depends on the outside service, its permissions, and the information it makes available. Vytal Path does not guarantee that imported information is complete, current, or error-free.

Some connections may support continuing synchronization; others may require periodic reconnection. You may disconnect a supported integration. Disconnecting stops future synchronization through Vytal Path but does not necessarily delete information already imported. Where available, use the dedicated delete control for imported data, or delete your Vytal Path account. Depending on the provider, you may also need to revoke access in that provider's own settings.

Caregiver access and sharing

If you grant another person access, what that person can see or do depends on the permissions and access period you select, subject to safety-related information that the product may make available through the Emergency Card or reports as described in the Privacy Policy. Review permissions carefully and revoke access when it is no longer needed.

If you share a report or health summary outside Vytal Path, the recipient may be able to view or retain it outside the app. Review the Privacy Policy before sharing.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions, trials, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Payments are processed by supported third-party payment processors. Vytal Path does not store your full card, UPI, or bank-account credentials.

Intellectual property

Vytal Path and its logos, design, and software are owned by Vytal Path LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Using the service does not transfer ownership of Vytal Path's software, trademarks, or content.

You retain ownership of the health information and other content you provide. You grant Vytal Path a limited right to store, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

Vytal Path may integrate with third-party services, including healthcare organizations, health-data services, device platforms, communications providers, cloud providers, and payment processors. Their availability, accuracy, and practices are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Vytal Path is not responsible for third-party systems outside its control.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Vytal Path uses the safeguards described in its Security Statement, but no storage or transmission method is 100% secure.

Except where prohibited by law, Vytal Path is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vytal Path LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where applicable law does not permit limitation.

You agree to be responsible for claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the service or material violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Suspension, termination, and other terms

Vytal Path may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, attempts to access another person's information without authorization, security threats, or where required by law. You may stop using Vytal Path and delete your account using the available Privacy & Data controls.

We may update these Terms as the service, law, or our practices change. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive account closure remain effective after termination.

Nothing in these Terms waives or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived or limited under applicable law.
