Trial and billing

Where a free trial is offered, the trial length and renewal terms shown at signup control. A payment method may be required to begin a trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription according to the terms shown at signup.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through the supported payment processor. Canceling stops future renewals, but access generally remains available through the end of the paid billing period unless the product states otherwise.

Refunds

Vytal Path does not automatically prorate or refund unused time after a voluntary cancellation except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. If you believe you were charged because of a billing error or duplicate transaction, contact Vytal Path and the issue will be reviewed. Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that applicable law requires.

Managing billing

Use the billing controls available in your account or the supported payment processor's billing interface to manage or cancel a subscription. The exact controls may vary by payment processor and country.
