Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged during it. Your card is only charged automatically once the 7 days end, and only if you haven't cancelled before then.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe (or, for India-based accounts, Razorpay). Canceling stops future renewals, but the current billing period you've already paid for remains active until it ends. We don't pro-rate or refund the unused portion of a cancelled period by default.

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. a billing bug, duplicate charge), contact us using the details under Contact Us and we'll look into it. Refunds for genuine errors are handled case by case.

You can manage or cancel your subscription any time from My Account → Billing → Manage Billing. For Stripe accounts this opens Stripe's secure billing portal; for India-based accounts billed via Razorpay, Manage Billing cancels the current subscription (Razorpay doesn't support editing an existing payment mandate directly), and you can start a new one immediately after.
