Data Retention Policy

While your account is active, your profile and health data (readings, lab results, appointments, tasks) are retained so the app can function. There's no automatic expiry on this data. You can edit or delete individual readings and lab results yourself at any time, directly where they're listed.

If you delete your account (My Account → Privacy & Data → Delete Account), your profile, health data, and audit history are permanently removed at that time. This action is irreversible.

Sign-in sessions expire automatically after 30 days of being issued, requiring you to log in again.

Security activity logs (recent logins and account changes, visible in My Account) keep your most recent 200 entries. Older entries are automatically dropped rather than kept indefinitely.

Notification delivery records used to prevent duplicate alerts are similarly capped and self-pruning, not retained long-term.
