Description of Service

Vytal Path lets you track health conditions, medications, appointments, and readings from connected devices, and provides AI-generated insights based on the data you provide. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to use Vytal Path.

Subscription and Billing

Vytal Path is offered as a paid subscription with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and is billed on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

Vytal Path and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the health data you enter.

Limitation of Liability

Vytal Path is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated insights.

Termination

You may stop using Vytal Path and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Vytal Path after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
